Businesses are expected to be socially responsible in today’s society. It used to be employees had few amenities, because the business didn’t see any benefit to the business.

• Exercises for improved flexibility

More elaborate programs will offer employee sessions, classes and fitness center equipment. Business programs can be adapted to any business and any budget.
